This is how I make Drinking Rice Water for dieting.

Ingredients for adding to Drinking Rice Water

  1. Take the following ingredients
    2. Get a pan.
    3. I like hot drinks, but this can be done with cold water; just write it as hot water.
    4. Boil your kettle with two cups of water.
    5. Put four tablespoons of rice into your pan.
    6. Rise the rice twice in cold water, keeping the rice.
    7. Add your hot water to rice and boil for 3 minutes.
    8. While your rice boils, you need to stir the rice once or twice.
    9. Get a mug and start to add your ingredients to mug.
    10. Lemon: Add four to five drops (add more for taste).
    11. Paprika: quarter a teaspoon.
    12. Cinnamon: half a teaspoon.
    13. Turmeric: quarter a teaspoon.
    14. Black Pepper: Four turns on the pepper mill.
    15. Ginger Paste (or powdered ginger). I add a teaspoon of Ginger Paste.
    16. Honey, add as much as you want for taste.
    17. Your Rice should be boiled. Add it straight from the pan to the mug (you might need a strainer).
    18. Drink the rice water.

I do this twice daily, first thing in the morning and 30 minutes before bed, but you can do it once daily. I am told you lose the most weight while you sleep.

I noticed that my skin improved within a couple of days, and within 7 to 10 days, I started to see a change in my body. My skin has become softer, and the fat in my legs disappeared in the first ten days. Now, the weight from my tummy is disappearing.

For other diets, you count your calories, do the keto diet, buy power to slim, or stave yourself to diet. I just drink the rice water. All of these costs are high while drinking rice water costs about £5 per month. I can see myself continuing with this one.

Drinking rice water is like having a cup of coffee in the morning and a cup of tea before bed.

It’s so easy
